  The food is great. I love El Pollo loco chicken. But the service is lacking in SO many areas. Slow and rude. If you just wanna have a good meal and don't care how the employees at the restaurant treat you go to El Pollo on Texas.

  As far as "fast food" taco joints go, I tend like this much more and all the other fast-food competitors. The only way you're really going to get better, in my opinion, is go to an authentic mom-and-pop Mexican restaurant, however as expected - you're going to be paying a little more for the quality. Other than that this is as good as it gets.
